What are your operating hours?

We serve companies 24/7, 365 with nationwide collections in just 60 minutes. This includes weekends and bank holidays to ensure you have the support when you need it most.

What vehicles do you offer?

We have a range of vehicles ranging from small vans through to curtain side luton for all your courier requirements. Please see vehicle range and capacity guide as to which vehicle will be suitable for your delivery. If you require further assistance please contact us.

How does your pricing work?

Our rates are based the vehicle type and distance from collection to delivery. We guarantee that we will cover the load at the price we quote at booking. The rate quoted represents collection and delivery and excludes any type of accessorial services such us additional waiting and loading time.

Will my delivery be signed for?

Yes, all jobs are completed with a signed proof of delivery.

What packaging is required for my goods?

The benefit of using our service is that little packaging is required. As each job is allocated its own vehicle there is a reduced risk of damages meaning that you can save money on excess packaging.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via card or bank transfer. Invoices are provided for all payments.

How can I cancel my booking?

Will there be a charge to cancel my booking?

Once the vehicle has been dispatched there will be a cancellation charge. This will be the minimum charge dependent on the vehicle booked. Please see your tariff or speak with our staff at 0776 131 2649 for further details.

Can the driver contact me when they are close to collection or delivery?

Yes, we ensure that both collection and delivery contacts are provided when booking which enables our drivers to make contact with either when they are nearby and if requested.

What insurance is included?

Our goods are insured. Goods in transit insurance up to £15K, public liability insurance up to £1M (or higher, depending on booking).
